Hello again! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! I know we did. But now it’s back to the  hustle and bustle of regular life.....  except it’s not regular life, it’s tax season!!! So in the midst of balancing book work, sick kids, and  unexpected snow days I’ll pause for a moment to give a quick update. I know, I know I still haven’t put on my before and after pictures. If only blogspot wasn’t such a pain right now.... 🙄 Not sure why but I’m having such a hard time  uploading photos using my phone or iPad. And you know, going downstairs to the computer is so. much. work. Ok so my skin started to look even better while we were in Ohio but as soon as we got home something didn’t seem right again. I stopped putting cinnamon on my sweet potatoes just over a week ago to see if that helps. Also I was about to open a Container of coconut milk that I bought in Ohio and it dawned on me that I should read the label since it was a different brand that I normally us...

Elimination Diet

Wow! So due to this Christmas season being craaaazy, I didn’t get to posting my 12 and 14 week comparison photos.... yet. Aaaand I’m not going to upload them tonight. But I will briefly say things are going very well. The holidays were a bit hard with all the yummy goodness all around and even though I did cheat (often) but my skin is still getting better. Maybe not as cleared up as it could have been but honestly, cutting loose a little was well worth it!! One thing I did learn from my rebellious getaway was that food definitely triggers my Psoriasis, I have no doubts now. Only problem is my food intake wasn’t isolated enough to know for sure what I am sensitive to. So in this new year I am going to buckle down and get serious about this elimination diet!!  Which brings me to why I came on here in the first place, to explain the “elimination diet”.
