10 week comparison photos

I had to share this video after seeing it on Facebook! This is totally is how I feel like I sound to everyone around me. It gets worse when I meet someone else who has explored the connection between food illnesses or just the overall benefit of eating clean. It’s official, I’ve become one of “those” people.

I’m excited to show my skin is making great progress ever since I cut out the Stash lemon ginger herbal tea I was mixing with the slippery elm and the V8 juice I was drinking to get more veggies in my diet. The only common denominator between the two is citric acid. So I will have to do further testing once my skin is more clear. I'm excited though because I can already tell my skin gets tingly any time I eat something questionable, and by questionable I mean something made by someone else that I don't full controls over what's in it. It's hard to decipher if a food contains things like gluten, soy, and citric acid without sounding like our friend Luke up there ☝At this point I'm not really doing any cheat meals. But I'm not going to lie, I did lick the spatula after icing cupcakes for my son class on his 7th birthday. It was chocolate heaven!

So if your just beginning your healing journey I would suggest being as tight with your diet as possible. I don't think I had a huge intolerance to the Stash tea and V8 juice  but it definitely slowed the healing down.

People have been asking if this elimination diet is working. Well I’d say being medication free (all steroid creams, UVB treatments and any form of tanning) for 10 weeks now, I’d say it a big fat YES!!

Just for kicks here are my beginning and two weeks photo shots
